Bulk Catalog Tools

Browse and Config lets you find products with search and filters, then change many of them at once. These tools are included on every plan, including free.

Selecting products

Search or filter to the products you want, then select them. Select all on page picks the current page; Select all extends the selection to every product matching your search and filters.

Actions

• Set Custom Field — add or overwrite a custom field value on every selected product.
• Delete Field — remove a custom field from the selected products.
• Set Brand — assign a brand.
• Set Visible / Set Hidden — change whether the products are visible on your BigCommerce storefront.

Good to know

• These actions write to your BigCommerce catalog, not just to search. A hidden product is hidden everywhere in your store.
• Check the selected count before applying an action to a large selection.
• Undo is available straight after an action while the page stays open.
• The search index updates as soon as an action completes; no reindex is needed.
